Ten Hag midfielder combination has been very poor with both Fred and McTominay playing as a double defensive midfielder and Bruno and Eriksen assisting in the attacking front, these tactics have failed so far with no attacking benefit or defensive benefit.
Ten Hag will surely be starting Eriksen, Bruno, and Fred to help control the mid-field as they will be facing stronger opponents in the likes of Liverpool.
