Manchester United players Rating vs Real Sociedad as Ten Hag suffers first Europa League defeat

Manchester United was defeated last night by Real Sociedad in the opening match of the UEFA Europa League and Ten Hag was not happy with the performance of his boys last night as they endure another home defeat.

De Gea – 7: Manchester United goal-keepers were good during the clash after making some fantastic save but were not able to catch the penalty from the Real Sociedad taker.

Dalot -6: Man United right-back still finds favor in the sight of the new coach after continually being handed a starting opportunity ahead of Wan Bissiaka. He made some good crossings and help in the defense.

Harry Maguire – 4: Manchester United captain has failed to find a starting opportunity in the hands of the new coach after being dropped ahead of Varane in combination with the new boy Martinez.

Victor Lindelof – 5: He is yet to fit into the Ten Hag plan as He is yet to feature in the English Premier League. The Manchester United defender did some nice defending alongside the England International Harry Maguire.

Malacia – 6: The former Ajax left-back is always putting up a nice defending and attacking prowl and has featured in all Ten Hag matches so far and has not the England international out of the squad.

Fred – 7: the Brazilian international was handed a starting place and He did very well in controlling the midfield although his pass was not that accurate.

Casemiro – 6: Manchester United’s new signing who joined from the Spanish capital was yet to fit into the Ten Hag squad as the Scottish international McTominay still starts ahead of him.

Eriksen – 7: Manchester United player maker was great during the game after creating many chances in the clash but Manchester united was not able to find the back of the net.

Antony – 6: The Red Devils’ record signing is still fitting-in into the squad as signing from Ajax just some days to the transfer deadline. He contributed greatly to the attacking force.

Elenga – 6: Manchester United’s young player is still showing his powers in the attacking front and helped the Red Devils with his attacking skills and strength.

Ronaldo – 6: Cristiano Ronaldo was not at his pick last night as He fail to register a goal during yesterday’s gain at Old Trafford.
